Information We Collect

IMA Tampa Bay is, itself, a member of InfraGard National Members Alliance, Inc. (INMA). All IMA Tampa Bay members apply to INMA for InfraGard membership and then voluntarily affiliate their membership with IMS Tampa Bay.  In order to know which members have affiliated with IMA Tampa Bay and in order to better communicate with those members, we receive certain PII which those members provided to INMA.  Depending on the nature of information the member provided to INMA, information received by IMA Tampa Bay could include a membership identifier, name, address, phone and email contact number, work affiliation, work contact information and sector affiliation.  PII collected from visitors to the Website who are not members of IMA Tampa Bay consists of information provided to IMA Tampa Bay by that non-member, such as name and contact information, including, but not limited to email address and/or phone.

How We Use Information

We use PII you provide to communicate with you, provide services and information to you and to fulfill any request you might make of us.  Access to IMA Tampa Bay member PII is granted to members of the IMA Tampa Bay board of directors, its officers, INMA and the FBI, as necessary to fulfill these purposes. Except as described with respect to third parties, we will not share this information with outside parties, unless and to the extent necessary to accomplish these purposes.

At times, we may use non-identifying and aggregate information to tally election results, improve website statistics, analyze survey results, analyze member engagement, provide reports on critical infrastructure sector participation and other reasons related directly to the mission and operations of IMA Tampa Bay and will not disclose any information that could be used to identify individuals whose PII was part of such aggregated information.

Third Party Services

At times, it might be necessary to share information with third parties, including third-party service providers, other than INMA and the FBI in order to communicate with and provide services and information to and to fulfill requests from non-members and IMA Tampa Bay members.  For example, without limitation, we may use third-party event registration services, payment services, document storage services, website design services, bulk emailing services, online survey services, email and website hosting and management services, technology management services, accounting services, and legal services, among others.
